The ABS-CBN News Channel or ANC is operated by the ABS-CBN Corporation. Its news and current affairs programs are primarily in English. Originally known as the Sarimanok News Network (SNN), the channel was established in 1996. The current head of ANC is veteran journalist Glenda Gloria, who joined the news channel in February 2000 as its chief operating officer.
